About Us
Over 50 Years Experience
Attorney Tucker has been practicing law for over 50 years. He grew up on a farm in Central Illinois. A graduate of Southern Illinois University in Engineering Science (B.S.); graduate of University of Illinois in Mechanical Engineering (M.S.); graduate of University of Illinois College of Law (LLB). He was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, serving as Assistant Station Head for the legal office at Cherry Point USMC, North Carolina, and Head of Legal Station at MCAS Buford, South Carolina.
He was a partner in legal firms in Western Illinois as follows: Lewis, Blickhan, Tucker and Longlett in Quincy, Illinois; Tucker and Kanoski in Brown, Schuyler, and Pike Counties; Tucker and Hollahan in Brown and Pike Counties. He also represented several villages in the area as well as water districts. He was and is active in litigation including product liability, personal injury and other litigation.
His Accomplishments
Attorney Tucker has formed some 20 farm limited partnerships with 250 investors, owning and operating 20 farms with 8,500 acres including row crop, cattle, hogs, and one chicken laying house with Two Rivers Farm Inc. as general partner.
He has owned and operated Two Rivers Oil and Gas Company with Charles Schultz, the creator of the Snoopy Cartoon, for 15 years developing three gas fields in Adams, Rushville, and Carlinville, Illinois.
He Formed Tucker Gas Processing Equipment Company, a natural gas equipment original manufacturing company and built natural gas processing plants in Illinois, Kentucky, Columbia, South America and Pakistan. To learn more about TGPE click the Find Out More button below.
